Leanne did the handover and reveal when I collected the Mini. Leanne was great. Stuart couldn't be there as he was on holiday, but he and Leanne made the handover very special with lovely gifts.

Rear brake service came just 5 months after full service, inconvenient having to be without car again so soon. Was told the rear brake replacement would take "a couple of hours" so decided to wait on site, but the work took over 3 hours!
