My Mini was presented to me on the day of collection with pride from the staff. Customer service is as I have mentioned above. The cost of the car plus servicing and gap insurance is very competitive and reasonable.

The tyre with a nail in wasnÂ’t replaced due to an oversight and only rectified when I noticed it potentially putting myself and others at risk of harm. Disappointingly no contact from service manager despite emailing directly.

We were very satisfied with the mini centre. Firstly the showroom was well presented, plenty of refreshments and friendly sales staff. I liked the fact the sales team didn't wear a full suit and tie, they were smart but not too formal.

I arrived early a.m. to have the brakes done on car. Service receptionist just said " I wont be a minute" whilst she booted up her computer. No "Good Morning" I wasn't asked to take a seat...very disappointed initially. Later was better experience.

While waiting for my car sat in the waiting area and had a drink . Angela on service reception is always polite and friendly... However last few times had to go to BMW side instead of Mini side so miss looking round at appropriate accessories!!

she handed the keys and said 'there you are' ! Not a single hint of an apology throughout this shambles of a customer transaction what terrible service to not even acknowledge an inconvenienced customer and not offer an apology.

Couple of tiny issues, not really worth mentioning but on my windscreen wipe dial wasn't put back to how it was (issue cos I don't know which dial is auto). And last time my radio station was changed, like said tiny issues.

Charged £20.96 to investigate bulb warning displayed despite me highlighting this when I dropped off car for a major service. Not entirely satisfied with explanation for engine start stop not working as vehicle regularly driven for extended journeys
