from first entering the showroom which was set out nicely, to sitting in the leather chairs with a good cup of coffee also the relaxed atmosphere made the difference. I have purchased new vehicles over the years but the mini experience was the best!

They gave excellent service in all aspects. They didn't clean my car when it was serviced, but did voluntarily collect it a few days later and take it to be cleaned: that is excellent customer service.

My car was delivered sooner than expected so very pleased. I felt like a VIP driving out of the showroom in my new car! I also thought the gift of flowers was a lovely gesture. Stefan really helpful throughout the whole process

The courtesy car I was given was dirty inside, this is the second courtesy car I've had and the first one was dirty too. I have to end up using baby wipes to clean it before I can drive it.

Again, I didn't feel the service in July was done thoroughly enough, as I wouldn't have expected a car to use a further 20% of their brakes pads in 6 weeks, c.1500 miles. It has made me consider not having a MINI for my next car.
