Excellent customer service, prompt delivery, no problems.
The car packages, and extras ( hub, not coming with drivers assist) they are too complicated and explained.

The lady - Amy I think, was amazing. When you didn't have the part in stock and I would have to bring the car back she sorted a lift home for me and the car to be dropped off at my home due to me being in hospital the next day. She went over & above.
Great showroom with drinks and snacks. Booked a waiting MOT and service appointment. Was at the showroom for 5 hours with no update on timings. First to arrive and last to leave. There does not seem to be any point in offering wait appointments.
Very efficient did not have to wait to be attended to also efficient when l collected my car

As above - their standards of customer service are very high.
Service and reception perfect BUTPost info- tyres were at 4% -fine, advance noticelater phoned for quote on price for 2 new tyres, quoted £292 per tyre. 2 other National typre provider quoted £115 per tyre (all fitted VAT etc)Why so different!
I had to change the collection date and the sales guy sorted it all for me no problems His name was Jerard Morris. 5?? From me

Came for end of warranty check. Advised screen washers weren't working properly. Passed MOT so washers must have been ok (ish) but since washers haven't worked at all. Kept contacting my husband rather than me with all updates regarding my service

Initial contact good for advice and information. Service notification red light on car but no service apparently only vehicle check required.
