Although my car has been with Williams from brand New. I think this is the first time any major problems. And most expensive service . But glad Williams found the problems I know it will be serviced well. Oh why do Mini dashboard rattle so much

booked in EGR recall, rescheduled for weeks later as you didn't have the part. Brought car in, no one calls you back when asking for update, you then kept car for 4 days as you broke another part, car boot now doesn't open, dash cam disconnected

Happy with the service and M.O.T. but not pleased with an E mail informing me of red alert work to be completed. How come this was not mentioned last week when the car came in ?
